Message: The florist, Lynn is wonderful! She is so easy to work with, reasonably priced and trustworthy. My family has been using her for four years for bridal showers and weddings- we wouldn’t go anywhere else. A hidden gem.

Message: First time in and they are so super friendly. Thank you for not being rude and hateful. As soon as I walked in I was asked what I was in for. It was so nice and I will definitely be back.

Message: Always greets customers. Available help, smiling cashiers, knowledgeable employees. What else would you ask for?.

Message: I have the Ace Hardware app on my phone and a rewards member. Yesterday, I was looking for a battery-powered lawnmower and saw the Ego brand, and the app said Turner Ace had them in stock. I called to verify that they had the particular model, and Glenn informed me they did. They are 30 mins away from where I live, but I'm glad I went. Saw Glenn when I got there, he was very helpful with answering my questions concerning the mower and other mower options that Ego offered. Told him that I wanted this particular model; he and another gentleman got the mower down and assembled it for me. He also helped me find other items I needed, and again, he made suggestions that were helpful. He and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional and helped me load my purchases in my vehicle. THEY ARE 30 MINS AWAY BUT IT IS WORTH THE TRIP TO GET THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.

Message: We came in with an idea for building a patch for my mom's fence so her new adopted dog wouldn't escape. Lee was such a good help! He walked us around the store to collect the parts we didn't know the names of and helped us plan it through. After we built it we came back to show him the pictures. It works very well and I'm so happy Lee was there to help us build our vision.

Message: First of all Ace is a really good and helpful hardware store. Customer service is great almost too helpful (sometimes I need a minute to look around) I’m in the home improvement business and visit hardware stores nearly everyday. I’m a plumber, electrician, carpenter and appliance repair man. Sometimes we purchase more then we need for a job to cut out multiple trips and return unopened unneeded products. This is where I get sticky with ace. The ace stores are individually owned, and operated, and even with the receipt you can only return products at the specific a store that you purchase said item. Same product, same price, receipt and they will tell you to go back where u got it from. Even the Turner Ace’s are different. This is simply bad for y’all’s business. I purchased some Romeo I didn’t need in St Augustine on a job it closed by the time we were done and ended up having to drive to Monument to return it (over an hour away) Please fix this it’s silly.
