Message: Took my Cub Cadet sc 300 hw into the store this morning. It had a broken throttle cable. Circumstances needed it to be repaired ASAP. Brian Wilson was wonderful to deal with. He understood my situation, and worked with me wonderfully. Very professional and friendly. My mower was repaired within 3 hours! I’m always impressed with this store. Message: Pole saw works great, however although we discussed bar oil and other maintenance issues. No bar oil was offered during purchase. When I got home I mentioned it to my wife, but told her I had some around the house. When it came time to use the saw, I couldn't find any. In the past most manufacturers packaged a tiny starter bottle with almost all of my lawnmowers and saws. Since bar oil is essential to run saws, I was very upset none was provided or offered.
