Message: They could use some customer service training for a few of their employees. I never wanted to complain but it seems to be more often than not that I end up with a bad experience.

Message: A big thank you to Belinda who works there. She handled a ton of customers at the same time with a big smile on her face as well as excellent service. This will definitely be my neighbor hardware store as a result.

Message: Good old fashioned kind of store, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You can find stuff there that the big box stores don't carry. And if they don't have it, they'll find it online and order it. However? They now have a policy where you must leave a back pack at the counter. They want me to trust them with my wallet and laptop that I frequently carry, but they don't trust me not to steal a 39cent screw? I used to go there like twice a week? Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
