Message: I contacted them to fix 1 impact sliding door, which they initially sent 2 guys for the job. When the 2 guys got to my house, one of them checked out the door and lifted it, putting it back in it's track, therefore fixing the problem. He put some oil on the tracks and all of that maybe took 10 min or less. They charged me $200! for a 10 minute job done by one guy. According to them, they have a $100 minimum per hour and a 1 hour minimum charge, but because there was 1 extra guy not doing anything, I got charged an extra.. RESPONSE and REVIEW EDIT:. Hi Lynne, thank you for the update. I was unaware of the charge change. Yes, please give me a call to finish payment on the new amount.

Message: They installed impact windows and doors. Neat, well anchored frames and no damage to plaster and masonry. Complicated job took 7 days. Have used them for years. Their installers did excellent wood framing where it was required around two doors.

Message: I'm overwhelmed with excitement! I moved into a condo that was fully renovated and the window screens were absolutely disgusting. No stores sold the size I needed. So I googled and came across Bliss Windows Screens, Not only I was happy to see that they are down the street from me,. But they Repair screens and also Customize New Screen frames as well. So I went with Customizing. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The prices was EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and they stated it could take no longer then 3 days. WELL... 24 hours later I got a call stating that they are done and ready for pickup! I've NEVER had a experience like this before. EVER! Thank you Brian and Deborah and Team for your EXCELLENT SERVICE
