Message: I really love this old school hardware store vs the big box home centers. So much more personality, much better service, but most of all they are time savers. They always know were inventory is located and helpful suggestions. I hope they find a place to land close by as they are my go to place in this ever changing era of condo's now..

Message: Staff is always super friendly and helpful as well. The owner unlocked the door for me one night after hours to help me look for a boat part. He did not have it but the fact that he went out of his way to help me and told me where to go the next day made a huge difference to me. The alarm helpful these days it was very refreshing.

Message: Alot more expensive then homedepot. But they always have what I need. Saving me the time and hassle to go into a warehouse sized store like homedepot. Not to mention. Help is abundant at ACE. Verses you can never find a person at all at the depot. Ace has people who are not only available but know there products.

I can usually find what I need but you definitely pay for the convenience. I am a small business owner so I definitely understand this to an certain extent, however some things at this store are a bit beyond reasonable, especially being store brand.
